Project
LG Service Center
A mobile-first service website for a Pakistani appliance repair business, organised around finding a service and making contact.
This frame opens the saved website address as soon as the page does. A future project only needs that address. Screenshots added in the desk sit under it.
The situation
LG Service Center repairs household appliances in Pakistan. A customer usually has a fault and wants to know, quickly, whether the company can help and how to reach it.
The brief asked for clear repair services, appliance pages, easy navigation, a contact form, calls to action, and a search-friendly build that behaves on a phone.
Approach
The site is structured around the repair services. Calls to action and contact options run through the pages, because many people search from a phone when something breaks.
A visitor should be able to answer three things: which services exist, whether their appliance is covered, and how to get in touch.
1. Understand the service business.
2. Plan the site around service discovery.
3. Build service pages, navigation, and contact options.
4. Tune the layout for small screens.
5. Test forms, links, mobile layout, and performance.
