Privacy

Updated 21 October 2026. This page describes how this website actually behaves.

Who we are

Digitimize runs this website at digitimize.pk. Privacy questions go to hello@digitimize.pk.

What an enquiry stores

When you send a quick enquiry, ask for a quote, book a call, or request a project update, we store the details you submit. That can include your name, email, phone number, company, the service you chose, your message, and any budget, timeline, or meeting preference you added.

We also store the page you started from, the referrer, campaign parameters when they are present, the time, and a reference ID such as DGT-2026-00001.

Why

We use this information to reply, to decide who should own the conversation, and to keep a record of what was asked. That record is the lead desk. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics

If you accept analytics cookies and a Google Analytics measurement ID is saved in the desk, Google Analytics 4 receives page and event data, such as which form was used. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and message text are not placed in those events.

If you choose essential cookies only, this browser does not load the analytics tag.

Newsletter

The newsletter list is separate from enquiries. An address is added only when you ask. To leave the list, use the unsubscribe page or email hello@digitimize.pk.

Who can see it

Staff accounts are limited by role. A client portal account, when one is issued, can see only the projects linked to that account. The server checks that on every request.

How long it is kept

Enquiry records stay while the conversation is active and for as long as the business needs them for follow-up, a dispute, or accounting. You can ask for access or deletion at hello@digitimize.pk. A short record may remain where it is needed to show that a request was handled, or where the law requires it.

Hosting and other tools

The site is built for a PHP host such as Hostinger, with the database on that host. If analytics, Search Console, or outgoing email is switched on, that provider processes what the tool needs. The desk shows which of those connections are actually in use. A tool that is not connected does not receive data.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep a security token on forms and keep a signed-in session. Analytics cookies are optional and stay off until you accept them.

Changes

The date on this page changes when the policy changes. A new tool that receives personal data should be described here before it is used.
