Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 31, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Digitimize website and any services you engage us for. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide web development, e-commerce, AI automation, digital advertising, design, lead generation and social media management services as described on this website. Specific project scope, timeline and pricing are agreed separately in a proposal or contract before work begins.
2. Project process
Projects generally follow a discovery, design, build and launch process. Timelines depend on how quickly feedback and required materials (content, brand assets, access credentials) are provided.
3. Payments
Payment terms (deposits, milestones, final payment) are set out in the individual project agreement or invoice. Work may be paused if agreed payments are not received on schedule.
4. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any content or credentials required to complete the project, and for ensuring you have the rights to any materials you provide us.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, excluding any third-party assets, licensed software, or our own pre-existing tools and frameworks, which remain licensed for your use as part of the deliverable.
6. Third-party services
Some services (such as advertising platforms, hosting, or booking tools) are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes on third-party platforms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Digitimize is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing project with written notice as set out in the project agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to our contact email.
